Für die Durchmischung von Flüchtlingen mit der zunehmend diversen Bevölkerungsstruktur in Städten bietet das PRINZIP PLURAL eine sowohl nachhaltige als auch kostengünstige und schnell realisierbare Lösung. PRINZIP PLURAL macht integriertes Wohnen für alle Menschen in der Stadt attraktiv. Dabei kombiniert es die Vorzüge von privatem Wohnen mit dem Leben in einer größeren Gemeinschaft. Der Rückzug ins Private ist genauso möglich wie der Kontakt zur Gemeinschaft. Erreicht wird das durch clusterförmig organisierte private Wohnmodule, die neben Schlafräumen über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und eine kleine Kochnische verfügen, und eine lebendige Gemeinschaftszone, welche die Wohnmodule umgibt und zusammenhält. Unterschiedlich dimensionierte und organisierte Wohnmodule werden verschiedenen Ansprüchen gerecht. Auch für „Wohnen auf Zeit“, das in den Städten immer mehr durch Berufspendler, projektbezogene Mitarbeiter, Studenten etc. genutzt wird, ist das PRINZIP PLURAL attraktiv. Die Anordnung der Wohnmodule wird durch eine einseitige Orientierung selbiger erleichtert, sie öffnen sich zu einer Seite hin und können daher flexibel aneinander gereiht werden. Das Zusammenlegen der Wohnräume zu einer Gemeinschaftszone führt trotz zusätzlicher Angebote zu einer Reduktion des individuellen Wohnflächenbedarfs auf unter 33m2. Sämtliche Wohnbereiche sind barrierefrei.
For mixing refugees with the increasingly diverse population structure in cities, PRINCIPLE PLURAL offers a solution that is both sustainable and cost-effective and can be implemented quickly. PRINCIPLE PLURAL makes integrated housing attractive for all people in the city. It combines the advantages of private living with life in a larger community. Withdrawal into the private sphere is just as possible as contact with the community. This is achieved through clustered private living modules, which, in addition to bedrooms, have their own bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette, and a lively community zone that surrounds the living modules and holds them together. Differently dimensioned and organized living modules meet different needs. PRINCIPLE PLURAL is also attractive for „temporary living“, for commuters, project-based employees, students, etc. The living modules open to one side and can therefore be flexibly lined up. The merging of the living spaces into a common zone leads to a reduction of the individual living space requirement to less than 33m2, despite additional offers. All living areas are barrier-free.
