Stumme Sirenen ist eine Serie von Ölbildern, die das Phänomen der Luxusyachten im Zusammenhang mit globaler Ungleichheit, übermäßigem Reichtum, Verschwendung, Krieg und politischer Korruption thematisiert. Die Bilder zeigen monochromatisch eingefangene Ausschnitte von Superyachten russischer Oligarchen, die im Rahmen der Sanktionen gegen Russland festgesetzt wurden. Die Gemälde sollen das Bewusstsein für ihre Rolle als Symptom eines fehlerhaften Wirtschaftssystems und ihrer Position in der Weltordnung schärfen.

Silent Sirens is a series of oil paintings that addresses the phenomenon of luxury yachts in the context of global inequality, excessive wealth, waste, war, and political corruption. The paintings depict monochromatically captured sections of superyachts owned by Russian oligarchs that were seized as part of the sanctions against Russia. The paintings aim to raise awareness of their role as a symptom of a flawed economic system and their position in the world order.
